Paul Perkins
Owner/Trainer
Paul has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, starting his career in Canberra where he studied and started working in gyms. Paul started a successful personal training company with a mate in Canberra, eventually moving home to open Raw Strength Bombala and 3 years later Seaside Health Club with Mark Moses.
Paul is very passionate about bringing a high standard of fitness and health into smaller rural & coastal areas and give the same opportunities and services in health you would find in larger metropolitan areas.

Bailey Jones
Personal Trainer
Bailey joined the Raw Strength team in 2018 through a traineeship to gain his cert 3 in fitness and has worked there ever since.
Bailey has grown up playing Rugby League and a number of other sports and has always had a strong interest in his health & fitness. Through his love for constant improvement and training, Bailey won the Triple Jump All Schools State title in 2015 & placed 3rd in Long Jump that same weekend. This then led to him representing NSW at the Australian Track & Field Junior Championships the following year in Perth in the under 20's division.
Bailey's love for becoming a trainer in the fitness industry stemmed from working closely with Paul along his Athletics career which included specific strength & speed programs.
This benefit that Bailey saw first hand from the gym and the amazing support it can bring, both physically and mentally then kicked his passion for the fitness industry into gear.
- Registered Athletics Australia Coach with Sporting Schools - Cert 3 in Fitness, Cert 4 in Fitness
